We hope this video will be helpful, if you are suffering from fatigue/tiredness this is a beautiful practice to help regulate things.
The body can get out of sync due to many things not only our lifestyle but STRESS. Yoga is a perfect way to combat stress and bring balance back into the body.

Yoga for Psoas - Deep Hip Stretch

Hi Friends, I hope this video finds you all well!

I wanted to share with you a juicy hip opening stretch yoga session.

This session focuses on the hips and opening the psoas and hip flexors! We work towards a beautiful mermaid pose. I would suggest having a block handy and any other props you may need.

Please take your time, only go as far as is comfortable within your own body. Remember I am only guiding you and you must not do anything that does not feel comfortable or safe within your physical form. I love opening the hips and sharing hip opening sessions as it creates such a sense of release within the body and mind.

How To Do Cat Cow Yoga Pose

Hi Friends,

I wanted to share with you 'how to' do cat / cow pose - its sanskrit name Marjaiasana.

I know so many students struggle with the breath and getting this posture/ movement. The key is if you can't get the breath straight away don't worry just work with getting the movements, it will come over time and practice.

I love to use imagery which helps me and I hope it helps you!
